I'm all in. All the time. That's a polite way of saying I can't say no.
My urge to be of service knows no boundaries, and as a result, I have no boundaries. Definitely a people person to the nth degree.
Blame it on love. I love my family, my coworkers, my friends. Sometimes there's way too much on my plate and I get anxious. In the past I wouldn't ask for help but I'm learning that it's not a sign of weakness.
People who know me think I'm strong. I'm merely hunkering down waiting for the storm to pass and looking for that bit of blue sky in the hurricane's eye.
I laugh and cry easily, moved by music and books and deep conversation. My needs are simple--restful sleep and pre-dawn quiet time to collect my thoughts before conquering the day.
Oh, and coffee too.
