Let it go. Just drop kick it off the cliff and turn on your heel as it drops out of sight. And yet, with that conviction, you instead walk away with it trailing behind you like a piece of toilet paper. When you stop for the evening, bedding down for the night, it quietly peels itself off your sensible shoes and crawls into bed with you, transforming into a huge snake coiled around your body, pinning you into place with a tight squeeze that threatens to take your last breath.
You are safe, you are loved, you have what you need. Why does fear and anxiety follow you so closely and steal your peace?

This was a mini-mystery. Not yet solved. I really really like this image: "...it quietly peels itself off your sensible shoes and crawls into bed with you..." What will happen next?! (Macoff)
